REPORTING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (DMCA NOTICE)

General Policy

Although 07chigua.com is not responsible for user-uploaded or third-party content, we take all claims of copyright infringement seriously.

We may respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or any other applicable intellectual property laws.
Actions may include removing, blocking, or disabling access to allegedly infringing material, and/or terminating the user’s access to 07chigua.com.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Claim

2. Identification of the infringing material in sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (please include the exact URL(s)).
   General descriptions such as usernames or channel names are not sufficient.
3. Your contact information — including your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A good faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement of accuracy and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
   You may type your full legal name at the bottom of your notice to serve as your signature.

⚠️ Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice is a legal offense and may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

Please note that the copyright owner’s name and the description of the claimed work may become part of the public record on 07chigua.com.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you are a user who has received notice that your material was removed due to a DMCA complaint and you believe this was done by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to:

Your Counter-Notice must include the following:

1. Your name, address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its previous location (the URL before removal).
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district where 07chigua.com may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who originally submitted the DMCA Notice or their agent.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, 007吃瓜网 may restore the material after 10–14 business days, unless we first receive notice that the original claimant has filed legal action to restrain you from using the content in question.

⚠️ Be aware: submitting a false Counter-Notice may result in legal liability for damages, including court costs and attorneys’ fees.

Repeat Infringers Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, 07chigua.com has adopted a strict repeat infringer policy.
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion:

• Terminate or suspend the accounts of users repeatedly infringing others’ intellectual property rights;
• Disable access to 07chigua.com for users violating copyright laws;
• Remove infringing materials or restrict account privileges even in the absence of repeat violations.

Language and Validity

All DMCA Notices and Counter-Notices must be written in English or Mandarin Chinese.
Submissions in other languages may be considered non-compliant and disregarded at our discretion.
